Reflecting upon another year around the sun, I am reminded of the importance of finding joy in life's everyday moments.
From drinking my matcha latte in the morning to spending time with my dog Molly, the small things bring me the most happiness.

Celebrating my 52nd birthday brings to mind the significance of living without regrets. Time is precious, and I try to make the most of every moment. To pursue my dreams, take risks, and never give up...even during the challenging seasons I may have endured.

So, as I enter another year of life, I encourage you all to embrace the things that bring you joy, take chances, and go after your dreams, even when it feels scary or uncertain.

Whether traveling to a new place, pursuing a new hobby, or spending time with loved ones, make the most of every moment and live life on your terms and to the fullest.

Life is short.
Making it beautiful and fulfilling is up to us.
